The world’s slimmest steel profiles
MHB use 30mm thermally broken solid steel profiles, with the strength, insulation and wind and water performance of MHB’s SL30-ISO® exceeding 150mm Aluminium commercial profiles while keeping sight lines at 30mm.
Patented crimping processes designed by MHB allow thermally broken profiles to achieve the same strength of a solid steel system, while improving thermal performance.
MHB’s system can be custom designed and built for any architectural intent – pure, creative freedom. MHB steel allows for facades almost entirely made of glass, the ultra slim profiles effortlessly fading away to allow maximum light penetration into the building and achieve exceptional aesthetic results.

Configurations
MHB offer several configurations depending on your project requirements. Fixed windows, hinged doors, hopper and awning windows, tilt and turns, pivot doors and windows, and bifold and sliding doors are all possible in the SL30-ISO system. MHB controls the entire process, from design to production, through to custom solutions allowing creative freedom throughout the process.
The system is exceptionally versatile, designed to allow for large glass thicknesses (up to 49mm) and technical possibilities that seem endless.
Surface treatment
MHB can offer some of the most resilient coatings available anywhere in the world. Qualisteelcoat C5 certified coatings, designed for oil rigs and other high demand applications, are possible. This is the highest possible certification for steel surface treatment and MHB is one of the only manufacturers able to supply finishes of this certification in the world.
Textured, aged bronze and brass finishes are all possible and expertly done in house by MHB. The system is also available in brushed stainless steel, allowing for great corrosion resistance, appearance and durability compared to most traditional powdered or painted steel finishes.
Longevity
MHB thermally broken profiles are designed to last a lifetime, rated for 100 years of use according to European ISO standards. Quality testing ensures every surface is perfectly covered and protected by the durable finish.
MHB profiles are also made from 100% recyclable solid steel, allowing for their reuse well into the future.
